Environmental aspect The OJSC Krinitsa is actively developing and introducing the environment control system, based on ISO 14000 international standards. The manufacture is expected to be ecologically certified in 2009. The certification will assume that the OJSC Krinitsa is operating according to the legislative and normative acts, which regulate environmental protection, and that all the sorts of environmental pollutions are being reduced in the location of Krinitsa.
In order to fulfill the requirements concerning wastes disposal, there was set a system of separate collection and record of manufacturing waste. Special attention is paid to collection of recyclable manufacturing wastes.
According to the sanitary classification, the enterprise refers to the 4th class of hazard with a sanitary protection zone of 100 metres.
Adherence to statutory requirements is the main evaluation criterion of Krinitsa\'s air protection activities. The legislation requirements include:
— prevention of atmospheric emission of the wastes with concentration of harmful substances not exceeding acceptable value;
— systematic control of the concentration of polluting substances in burnt gas of the vehicles;
— prevention and reduction of atmospheric emission of polluting substances. |
